  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products that are used, damaged, or missing parts due to customer mishandling are not eligible for a return.
  • Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  2. Approval & Return Instructions – If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Item Back – You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item). If the items are broken or damaged by our carrier or us , that time we will cover the full shipping cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
